We’re giving you an exclusive look at one of our most significant projects: the design, manufacture, and installation of a 71-meter span crane by Guanhui Crane.

The design phase began with a series of rigorous calculations and simulations. Our engineering team employed finite element analysis (FEA) to predict how the crane would react under various loads and stresses. The 50-meter span required careful consideration of material properties and structural dynamics, while the cantilevers added complexity to the design.

 

Precision was the cornerstone of our manufacturing phase. We selected high-strength steel for its durability and ability to handle heavy loads. Each crane component was meticulously fabricated, adhering to stringent quality standards. Our skilled welders utilized automated welding processes to ensure each joint was strong and consistent. Non-destructive testing (NDT) was employed to verify the integrity of critical welds, ensuring every component met our high standards.

 

With a 40-ton lifting capacity and a total length of 71 meters, this crane is ideally suited for handling large, heavy loads with ease.
